The concept

We didn't add a bag. We found one already inside the coat.

Every student owns a white coat. Most of the time, it's folded under an arm. We took that gesture seriously — engineered the fold, hid the strap in the seam, made the pockets into the lining. The coat you already carry now carries you back.
